Package: xine-ui Version: 0.99.3-1.3 Severity: normal Currently xine-ui installs the two files /usr/share/gnome/apps/Multimedia/xine.desktop /usr/share/applnk/Multimedia/xine.desktop for the Gnome resp. KDE menu. This is not recommended anymore, there is a new fd.o standard [1] which should be used. Remove the above files and install only one desktop file into /usr/share/applications/xine.desktop of the following content:
