Hi Ema

Thanks for the bug ticket update: #1049346 - Debian OS ARM64: Please enable
support for Renesas RZ/G2L-SMARC - Debian Bug report
logs<https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1049346>

The Debian installation on Renesas RZ starts ( from the daily build after this
change merged), but the USB is not detected and hence the installation got
stuck.

This was due to reset-rzg2l-usbphy-ctrl.ko ( created when
CONFIG_RESET_RZG2L_USBPHY_CTRL=m) not loaded before starting the Linux kernel.

I checked the daily installer, the file "reset-rzg2l-usbphy-ctrl.mod" not
present in initrd.

It will be better if we make "CONFIG_RESET_RZG2L_USBPHY_CTRL=y" so that USB is
detected correctly during Debian installation.

Should I create new ticket for the change "CONFIG_RESET_RZG2L_USBPHY_CTRL=y"
from m.

Best Regards
John
