opencc fails to cross build from source. It normally runs its built opencc_dict during build, but in a cross build that is not possible and it expects a built opencc_dict for the build architecture to be installed. I'm attaching a patch to add this dependency. Please observe that since this dependency has a positive build profile, it is normally inactive. It is only relevant to cross builds. Native builds continue to use the built opencc_dict. Helmut
