Currently `ld.so` man page describes location hwcap libraries. This
appears to be obsolete in glibc 2.37.

My Debian system reports:

% LD_DEBUG=libs LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. /bin/true
   3624017:     find library=libc.so.6 [0]; searching
   3624017:      search
path=./tls/haswell/x86_64:./tls/haswell:./tls/x86_64:./tls:./haswell/x86_64:./haswell:./x86_64:.
               (LD_LIBRARY_PATH)

Debian sid reports:

% LD_DEBUG=libs LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. /bin/true
   3626040:     find library=libc.so.6 [0]; searching
   3626040:      search
path=./glibc-hwcaps/x86-64-v3:./glibc-hwcaps/x86-64-v2:.
 (LD_LIBRARY_PATH)
