I cannot reproduce the problem in Debian with libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0 2.41.91-1, it seems to work fine. What happens if you use the MiniBrowser directly instead of surf? $ /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/webkit2gtk-4.1/MiniBrowser https://www.debian.org/ Berto
