Please remove mono-basic. The package has a low popcon and is very outdated. Nobody cared to upload a source-only version, so it has not been in any Debian release in the last years.
Mono (Basic) development has moved on to Microsoft's dotnet runtime platform and if there is demand for mono basic, it should be imported in a new source package based on that platform.
