Control: reopen 1049964 Hi,
someone on IRC pointed out, that:
1) the original bug report seems to point out something that is not
a problem on supported systems. On such systems, /usr/sbin and
/sbin, and /usr/bin and /bin are equivalent.
2) The patch in fefe29b3415fddc4163bc0f9a0b73dfde6564663 is broken:

+# define _PATH_DEFPATH "/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/bin/sbin"
^^^^^^^^^
This is missing at least a ":".
