I hadn't considered that these options were introduced by random patches (apparently applied by Debian). I'll close this bug now, unless you want it opened to keep track of the extra options (but it doesn't seem like you need it).Since the version of mutt in Debian recognizes these other configuration options, it may be worthwhile for us (pkg-vim-maintainers) to keep a patch against the muttrc.vim for these options.
