Stefano and Yaroslav Halchenko. I decided to talk to Stefano because, from what I saw, he was the one who made the last updates of cython. And for Yaroslav Halchenko, because he is the maintainer of the package. I'm working on a package https://github.com/dofuuz/python-soxr/blob/main/pyproject.toml which needs cython in its version >=3.0a7. As it is not a simple package and has many open bugs. I don't feel encouraged to collaborate. For this reason I would like to know if there is an update forecast for this package? Thanks! Nilson F. Silva
