While I'm not in favor of suppressing the Deprecated notices, I also
cannot find the motivation to further patch icingaweb2 to fix code paths
I don't use like setup & mysql, let's do it anyway to get this issue
resolved in bookworm. It's going to byte us in the future, but we'll
cross that bridge when we get there.
