you are right. This has happened because with my upload to Debian Mentors I was assuming the next release would be 0.9.0-12~exp1, but Bastian had already uploaded the new release 0.9.0-12 and so had to pick a newer release number for my changes. That means that the version number 0.9.0-12~ in the Breaks and Replaces statements is simply wrong and needs to be adapted. I am going to upload a new version with another update next week and can fix this issue as well.
