To reproduce: * Open Blender, General (the cube) * Export the default cube as GLTF (File|Export|glTF 2.0) * Import the .glb file (File|Import|glTF 2.0) Meanwhile 3.6 LTS has been released, which might be considered to be released instead of backporting this specific patch.
