Please remove ikvm. It is RC-buggy for a long time and missed several releases.

IKVM has been abandoned upstream [1] and it looks unlikely to be ported to Java 11+ in the near future. ikvm has no reverse dependencies and a low popcon, maybe the package should be removed?
