The issue with PETSc 3.19 has been dealt with upstream by a complete overhaul of the Mesh python wrappers in PR#2611. The patch does not apply cleanly to dolfinx 0.6.0. A large chunk of the patches introduces use of C++ template classes. It's not clear that a blind merge would work successfully. I think it would be dangerous to try to backport, so we'll wait for the release of dolfinx 0.7.
