Hi! MariaDB 10.11.4 was released by upstream on Jun 7th[1] and imported to Debian packaging git repo on same day and uploaded to Debian unstable on June 10th [2], which at the time was same as Bookworm. So you can just take the *current* Debian unstable binaries and use them in Bookworm.
The upload to Bookworm has been pending for a long time due to release management issues, but I trust they will be resolved within some weeks (no changes to the binaries themselves are expected).
