Package: mpich-bin Version: 1.2.5.3-2 Severity: normal Hi,
/usr/share/man/man1/logviewer.1.gz is a dangling symlink, referring to /etc/alternatives/logviewer.1.gz which in turn points to /usr/share/man/man1/logviewer.mpich.1.gz which doesn't exist. The mpich-bin postinst installs this alternative slave. Maybe the respective man page just doesn't exist (anymore) and the alternatives slave should be removed from the maintainer script? Thanks for considering. bye, Roland -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-2-686 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_GB.UTF-8) Versions of packages mpich-bin depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libmpich1.0 1.2.5.3-2 mpich runtime shared library ii ssh [rsh-client] 1:3.8.1p1-8.sarge.4 Secure rlogin/rsh/rcp replacement -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
