I wanted to have half-lines between my table rows; tbl(1) says:
u,U Move the corresponding column up one half-line.
Great! However:
$ cat tblest

$ groff -t -Tps tblest > tblest.ps
shows that (see image) cells A and C are raised, but cell B isn't.
