Just wanted to chime in, that I get this same bug on arm64. Same warnings when I try to icingaweb2 setup flow.
I would love to do the Removing the .ini files I ran the wizard again. workaround, but I don't understand which .ini files I should remove, and if I should do something else in addition (downgrade PHP?).
