Can you remove these two lines (enp2s0 and enp3s0 definitions) and see if that makes any difference? I don't expect that will make any difference but for what I see they are not needed. Also... I'd add a "bridge_ports none" statement to the br0 inet6 stanza so that it is handled by bridge-utils, otherwise the bridge won't do a thing about it and maybe it is even showing some kind of error because of this.
