Bug#1036620: qthotkey plugin missing

Version: 4.2-1

The qthotplug plugin is missing, the gtk frontend one is present and 
works fine.

Same for version 4.3.1-1~exp1.

Peeking at [0] I assume it's probably due to the missing 
libqt5x11extras5 dependency?
