In Ukrainian there is no tradition to start words with capital letters in the middle of a sentence (unless it is a proper name), and those words are only used in places like "see "bla bla bla", chapter XX.X", in the middle of a sentence (except "chapter" and some more, that can appear at the begining of a header, so translated with first capital letter).
