Package: openoffice.org-base Version: 2.0.1-5 Severity: important
OpenOffice.org Base crashes in a database form (NewItemForm in database to be attached) on trying to save a record. It looks like there is a dialogue box trying to come up, but it never appears, and OOo is complete frozen and all soffice stuff must be killed to relaunch OOo. Cancelling recovery gives back the database less the last time data was saved while trying to recover the database results in missing forms. This may be related to the odd way the form windows display (I'll have to do screen shots in another bug report), specifically that there are dual title bars, offset windows inside the Writer window (for forms), and other strangeness. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (100, 'testing'), (7, 'unstable'), (3, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-1-k7 Locale: LANG=en_CA, LC_CTYPE=en_CA (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages openoffice.org-base depends on: ii fakejava [java2-runtime] 1.0-1 Fake java2-runtime since we suppos ii java-gcj-compat 1.0.30-4 Java runtime environment using GIJ ii libc6 2.3.6-7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.1.0-1+b1 GCC support library ii libhsqldb-java 1.8.0.2-2 Java SQL database engine ii libstdc++6 4.1.0-1+b1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libstlport4.6c2 4.6.2-3 STLport C++ class library ii openoffice.org-core 2.0.1-5 OpenOffice.org office suite archit ii openoffice.org-java-common 2.0.1-5 OpenOffice.org office suite Java s -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
