Package: firmware-realtek Version: 20230210-4 Followup-For: Bug #1007892 X-Debbugs-Cc: lorenzobertin...@gmail.com
Dear Maintainer, as stated before, connection seems to come and go with realtek 8821ce driver provided. It's only fixed after installing the dkms module from https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce. I don't know much about firmware and drivers, so I can't tell what's in that repository that is not already in the package. Maybe a package realtek-dkms could be a fix? Don't hesitate to ask for more info, and thank you. -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-7-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=it_IT.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=it_IT.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled firmware-realtek depends on no packages. firmware-realtek recommends no packages.
