That doesn't actually appear to be what this bug is requesting, given
that everything other than:

is already in proposed-updates, and covered by #1031042. In fact,
10.5.18 is already in stable.

Could we please have a debdiff that just covers the incremental
changes, i.e. between 1:10.5.19-0+deb11u1 and 1:10.5.19-0+deb11u2?

(Note that this request never made it to debian-release, most likely
due to the large size of the re-included diff from the earlier
request.)
