Bug#984623: pychess: Fails to switch off sound

Release 1.0.4 includes a related fix 
(https://github.com/pychess/pychess/pull/2017) so I am expecting an 
update to 1.0.4 (issue 1034523) to fix the sound issue as a side effect.
