If OpenBoard is running and the user adds a picture inside ~/Pictures/OpenBoard/, the picture does not immediately appears inside OpenBoard's documents, it only appears when OpenBoard is restarted. As a workaround, it is possible to drag and drop the picture from the file manager to OpenBoard's documents. In this case, OpenBoard takes care of copying the file to ~/Pictures/OpenBoard/.
