It won't migrate as told earlier too. By tomorrow it would have 'blocked by freeze' written over there. Hard freeze starts tomorrow, and it'd need an unblock request which wouldn't be agreed upon as only changes like these[1] are allowed in hard freeze. The version in testing has an RC bug, and hence this will be taken out of testing if we do not revert the version to a previous one.
