Package: orphan-sysvinit-scripts Version: 0.13 Severity: important rsyslog-rotate should HUP rsyslog as appropriate for the installed init system. It doesn't, so orphan-sysvinit-scripts should work around this on sysvinit systems, without causing problems on systemd systems.
The problem as a whole is RC, but it's not a fault in o-s-s; important seems the right severity for this bug.
