This is a fairly trivial transition due to upstream rolling to a new ABI version. I originally uploaded this straight to unstabe, but Thorsten asked me to follow the "via experimental" process. Because I didn't previously know about this process, all application packages that depend on this new library version (all of which come from the same upstream) have already been uploaded and accepted into unstable with build dependencies on the binary packages delivered by source package librnd.
