There is updated AMD cpu microcode for processor familiy 19h available on 20230210 tag upstream: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/commit/?id=f79e4ba7ed345c55b72faaaa94ff7430f4b9e1aa Might be worth updating amd64-microcode at least for starting with bookworm with updated microcode.
