Today, for the first time in years, watchdog was able to send an e-mail
before resetting the system - I guess usually this is triggered that
fast the message doesn't get through.

But that message wasn't really helpful:

| The system will be rebooted because of error 253!

A glance into the manpage (I was faster checking the sources, though)
is needed to resolve that into a textual description. However, there's
already a function "wd_strerror" that does this job.

So that one could be used in "send_email" to provide more helpful
messages. Or did I miss a reason to not do this?
