Apart for "skipping update" client updates the address remotely, so it's more like a false positive but it's not good to keep wrong logs.
I would still like to know whether the behavior changed in 3.10.0-2 vs. some previous version, and the contents of your config file. (If you report that information upstream, a link to the upstream bug report would be sufficient.)
