Recent versions of git-buildpackage support use that field. For instance: gbp clone https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/gnome-console --add-upstream-vcs For Github and Gitlab, the Repository field is the same as Repository-Browse but with a .git suffix. Thank you, Jeremy Bicha
