The LilyPond development team actually values Debian very much, and has specifically contacted me (the current maintainer of the LilyPond package), and carefully planned and timed the LilyPond v2.24.0 release to be just right for the Debian 12 bookworm release. Yes, I'll be more than willing to take on the responsibility of getting guile-2.2 removed from Debian 13 trixie as soon as LilyPond is ready. Your hard work in getting guile-2.2 removed from bookworm means that almost all other software packages have migrated to guile-3.0, with lilypond being the only odd one out. Many thanks! Anthony
