Package: sorr

Remake of all the original Sega beat-'em-up games Streets of Rage 1, 2,
and 3 - thrown into one complete package.
The latest stable release upstream is 5.2. There exists a DEB package
from the defunct ubuntugames.org for 5.1, and it runs without any issues
on Debian. I'm aware there is no "source code" for this and would
technically go under non-free, but I would hope if this could be
packaged for Debian. Someone packaged 5.2 for Guix
(https://sorr.forumotion.net/t858-version-5-2-for-gnu-linux-guix-package)
and another one provides a Flatpak for it
(https://sorr.forumotion.net/t708-sorr-flatpak-opengl-wrapper-for-linux),
but an exclusive Debian build would be great. Providing a link to the
