I think all you need is to build-dep on python2.3-twisted-core instead
of python2.3-twisted and the same for 2.4
I've built the packages this way and it works fine for me to run
apt-proxy with it on amd64.
I'd like to NMU with this if you don't have time to fix it but I want to
check with you first.
