Bug#1027254: dask and pandas 1.5

(I meant to send that to the dask/pandas bug, which is #1025393, but 
both of them are potential reasons to update dask.)

The intake issue is now https://github.com/dask/dask/issues/9813
(They're planning to fix it in intake rather than dask, but we might not 
be allowed to do that after the 12th.)
