Package: lirc
Version: 0.7.2-3
Severity: normal

I use lirc's evdev driver to use the remote of usb dvb device (avertv).
If I unplug and/or replug the device syslog is flooded with lines such
as:

May 14 06:25:50 localhost lircd-0.7.2[2963]: error reading '/dev/input/remote'
May 14 06:25:50 localhost lircd-0.7.2[2963]: devinput_rec

.. that can be stoped by restarting lircd. Cpu is also at 100% at that time.
