Hi, I've been trying to reproduce this, but can't. I've tried 0.9.7e-3sarge1 but I have no reason to believe that this is fixed.
The only way I can reproduce this is if the name in index.txt for that serial number doesn't match what is in the certificate, and it's normal that it gives an error in that case. One reason I can think that 0.9.6 worked is that maybe it didn't check to be the same, or maybe the format changed.
