Are you sure they are false positives? Some 2650s have a bug where some area right below the top of the memory (a couple of megabytes, IIRC) has 16 garbled bits if and only if the USB controller is enabled. What's worse, Dell's own memory testing program silently skips this area. This has been known to give real problems on multiple operating systems.
