Pythran developers report that xsimd 10 fixes some problems managing functions for both scalar and vector calculations. Could a package of the new version be made? I recommend uploading to experimental first instead of unstable, since we're preparing to go into freeze soon for the next debian stable release (a chain of packages will be affected: xsimd - pythran - scipy, then others using scipy) Drew
