We are in process of upgrading Qt from 6.3 to 6.4 [1], so some packages are temporarily uninstallable. It will be resolved in a few days. [1]: https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/qt6baseabi-6.4.2.html -- Dmitry Shachnev
