Hi Andreas,

The problem is that a you can't have a Provide: match a specific
version for another dependency. The only way to fix this would be to
change the dependencies of the KDE package(s) involved to remove the
version check. As cvs in Debian has been version 1.12.x for a long
time (since before sarge), that should be quite safe by now...
