It seems so (Bcc-ing MIA-Team and explicitely Cc-ing him): he has only
one package and his last message to one of the bugs was April 23rd 2005.
Except for a wrongly unsubscribe message in Feb 2006, he apparantly
didn't send anything to mailinglists after March 2005...
