Please add a framework for providing localized man pages, possibly

I don't plan to add such a framework upstream, at least for the time
being. Of course, the Debian maintainer is free to implement it on his
own if he wishes so. :)
Is this still the case (see also below)?
I'd expect that i18nspector users know English, so this doesn't sound to
me like a good investment.
Moreover, I no longer have any use for i18nspector, so my motivation to
hack on it has dropped to near-zero. I don't plan to add any new
features. Sorry!
