Following bug #972273 to have full GPG signing of commits "pristine-tar commit" needs an option to allow GPG signing. I think it should accept a parameter in the same kind git commit-tree has. To allow to use any GPG key or a particular GPG key id. Currently I add "--gpg-sign" to https://salsa.debian.org/debian/pristine-tar/-/blob/debian/1.50/pristine-tar#L1146
