I could reproduce the crashes with older FF versions, even FF 93. When I logged out, the display manager was no longer working (ditto for the Linux virtual terminals), apparently because the X server could not restart, and reboots did not solve the issue. The X server issue appeared at least with the 6.0.0-4-amd64 and 6.0.0-5-amd64 Linux kernels. These crashes were actually due to the Nvidia driver and disappeared with the upgrade to 390.157-1 (which appeared yesterday). In the Debian changelog of this version: Improved compatibility with recent Linux kernels. I suppose that this was the issue. -- Vincent Lefèvre <vinc...@vinc17.net> - Web: <https://www.vinc17.net/> 100% accessible validated (X)HTML - Blog: <https://www.vinc17.net/blog/> Work: CR INRIA - computer arithmetic / AriC project (LIP, ENS-Lyon)
