Uninstall the existing wacom module (binary) package that it
built last time, then install the new kernel, then rebuild the
new wacom module.

Sorry about this one, we must replace some files from the kernel
package, but it does not do the reverse. I'm not sure of an
easy answer for this.

Alternatively, try using the module from the kernel package.
Many patches have been incorporated into the mainstream kernel,
so most people probably won't need this package any more, just
the xorg driver package, and perhaps the tools.

You only need this package if your tablet is not supported
by the mainstream kernel yet (but is by the linuxwacom project).

hth,
Ron
