Dear maintainer(s),
When cross-build guile-3.0 on Loongarch architecture, an error 'unknown CPU
endianness "loongarch64"' will occur.
In order to recognize loongarch compilation targets, I have added case in
module/system/base/target.scm.
Please consider the patch attached which will be useful for loongarch
bootstrap stage.
