Just a simple 'apt upgrade'.
The security package seems to be 2 missing dependencies for the
stable(-security) dist.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Adding stable-security to apt repo.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Upgrade is not installed, so the bullseye installation is untouched but
the theme is updated.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Upgrade the package.
